Where are the Naturkind prams produced?
We manufacture our Naturkind prams in our manufacturing facility in Engerwitzdorf in Upper Austria. The individual components come from our suppliers in Austria, Germany, Switzerland and occasionally from other neighbouring European countries. We try to source all materials as near to us as possible and maintain long-term, good relationships with our suppliers.
Are there custommade products?
We do not offer directly custommade products. However, our range includes an XL baby basket and an extended handlebar to provide you with that “certain extra” in width and length.
What delivery time should I expect?
Generally, the waiting times from receipt of order to completion are approximately 6 – 7 weeks. For urgent cases (premature birth, adoption, etc.), we always keep a few models with us that can be delivered immediately.
How long is the pram's warranty?
You have a two-year warranty on your pram. The period begins when the product is handed over to you by your dealer. Please keep the proof of purchase. The warranty applies to all material and processing defects that exist at the time the product is handed over.
