What payment options are available in the Naturkind online shop?
You can pay by prepayment, credit card (Visa and Mastercard), PayPal and Sofortüberweisung.

What are the shipping costs?

Within Austria € 4.90 , for the rest of the EU € 7.90. Delivery is free of charge for orders over 100 €.

How long does delivery take?

4 – 6 working days for accessories in stock. Pram orders have a delivery time of approx. 8 weeks. If there is a delay in delivery, you will be informed by us.

How will my parcel be sent?

We send our parcels with the parcel service provider GLS.

Can I track my order?

As soon as your parcel sets off on its journey to you, GLS will send you an email with a tracking link.
